In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

The registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different names, different email addresses, or different device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, a valid email address, and a contact mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if any details change.

• The name on your tkp888 account must exactly match the name on your government-issued identification document and the name on any bank account or e-wallet used to transact on the Platform.
• tkp888 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without being required to state a reason.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.

Accounts that are found to have been registered using false or fabricated information — including the use of another person's identity — will be permanently closed and any balance may be forfeited pending investigation. tkp888 cooperates with law enforcement agencies in cases of suspected identity fraud.

tkp888 is required to verify the identity of all members as part of its international licensing obligations and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance programme. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request is processed. tkp888 may also request KYC documentation at any time during the lifecycle of an account, including at the point of a significant deposit, change of personal details, or where suspicious activity is identified.

The following documents may be requested during the KYC process:

• Proof of Identity: A clear colour copy of your KTP (Indonesian national identity card), passport, or SIM (driver's licence). The document must be valid and legible.

5.1 Deposits

• Deposits may be made via BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, and QRIS where available.
• tkp888 does not charge a processing fee on standard deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges, for which tkp888 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits made using a payment method not registered to the account holder's name will be rejected and returned. Processing times for returned funds are subject to the relevant bank or e-wallet provider's policies.

• tkp888 does not accept deposits from third parties. Funds must originate from a payment method registered solely in the Member's own name.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the tkp888 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• tkp888 targets a withdrawal processing time of under five minutes for standard requests submitted during operational hours. This target is not a contractual guarantee and may be exceeded during periods of high volume or pending KYC review.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• Members may only withdraw funds that represent genuinely wagered activity. Depositing and immediately withdrawing funds without substantive play constitutes suspicious activity and may trigger an AML review.
• tkp888 reserves the right to apply additional verification steps to any withdrawal request it deems unusual, regardless of whether full KYC has previously been completed.

• Where bonus abuse is identified, tkp888 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, reverse any winnings derived from bonus funds, and close the account permanently.

• Registering or operating more than one tkp888 account, either personally or in cooperation with another individual.

• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits tkp888's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by gross negligence, to the extent that such exclusion or limitation is not permitted under applicable law.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substantive meaning of a clause, and updates to reflect changes in payment methods or game catalogue — may be made without advance notice.
